QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 


• To help focus leadership efforts and provide/escalate data around the organizational goal of achieving an optimized mix among the IDS (Information & Digital Solutions) project investments by making the best possible use of all resources and delivering the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs within the portfolio, 

• To be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating project and program resources engaged with all or many of the initiatives within the IDS project portfolio, 

 • To review and align IDS operational and strategic processes across IDS functions, various parts of the business, industry frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, ITSM, Prince II, etc.

 • To ensure IDS organization operates in a consistent, efficient and in a complete synergy by constantly reviewing, analysing and defining new processes, governance frameworks and related controls, 

• To be responsible for IDS Investment Management, (budgets, forecasting, reporting, charge back mechanisms), Performance Management (developing Digital KPIs, metrics, dashboard reporting) and Vendor Management (IDS sourcing, development of the IDS Investment Pipeline, and Contract Mgmt), 

• To interface and work collboratively across a broad set of functions both within IDS, across the business (SMEs, Process Owners, Data Owners, IDS Procurement, Internal Audit) and externally (3rd party vendors and service providers). 


 QUALIFICATIONS 


• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines, 

• Minimum 10 years’ experience,

• Demonstrated ability in vendor management: the role is required to work to develop RFP, RFI and tender process to support IDS projects/programs. The role will also conduct on-going reviews of vendor contracts, rationalize contracts and explore opportunities to reduce costs by consolidating/reducing the number of existing contracts. Heavy emphasis will also be on vendor performance management including the development and implementation of required controls (metrics, SLAs) for all IT contractual agreements,

• Demonstrated ability in Performance Management: in order to ensure the effectiveness of IDS the role will require to draw on knowledge and experience around performance benchmarking including creating KPIs and metrics to assess current maturity of internal processes and defining an action plan for process improvement,

• Experience in establishing process and standards: the role will be required to review and align IDS operational and strategic processes across various parts of the business. • Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units. Familiar with industry trends and innovation,

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and "sell" the portfolio goals and objectives to business as well as technical leadership,

• Effective influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources,

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills,

• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver against financial and resource constraints, 

• Demonstrated track record of leading change and operational excellence,

• Well-organized, results oriented individual with ability to implement standards, procedures and processes that improve business functionality,

• Ability to successfully lead an in/outsourced virtual teams. Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating individuals to maximize levels of productivity,

• Strength in building consensus, focused on strong client relationships. Ability to work across organizations and levels, from executives to functional teams,

 • Organizational agility and the ability to read the subtle nuances of a situation and react/plan accordingly,

• Resilient under unexpected circumstances and pressure, 

• Fluency in English is a must.
