This is a role with high visibility and connection with Anadolu Efes Turkey Leadership team, marketing and trade teams. The responsible person will have day-to-day interactions with all internal stakeholders, helping craft the deep market, consumer & shopper insights and translate into short & long term strategies.
Main responsibilities are;
Follow and report macro-economic landscape, consumer and shopper trends on a regular basis and recommend on opportunities & threats.
Support the whole marketing research, advanced analytics and consumer / shopper panel process via;
Working with line manager and business partners, defining key business questions,
Ensuring use of all available primary and secondary data, bringing they story together with an end-to-end review,
Defining questions to answer and accordingly build-up research & analytics plan for short & long term,
Managing the whole phases of projects from brief to reporting, business solution & recommendation,
Manage the process and report all consumer & shopper panels & tracking,
Assess current systems and recommend for the best optimum tracking system for the future,
Ensuring timely & high quality insights in all of the above areas,
Managing relations with internal & external stakeholders and developing new connections to enable synergies globally,
Responsible for function budget management and ensuring high standards in processes & documentation.
