QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc or MSc in field crops, horticulture or agricultural biotechnology departments of faculty of agriculture,
  
• Preferably, experience in certified seed production and plant breeding,
  
• With at least 2 years of experiences,
  
• Good command of Microsoft Office
  
• Good command of English language,
  
• Car driver license and active driver skills,
• Analytical thinking, strong communication and team player skills,
  
• Knowledge on ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 22000 Food Safety Systems is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out activities about seed certification process,
  
• Organizing farmer meetings, trainings and field days,
  
• Following up formal norms such as laws, regulations and statements regarding Agricultural R&D and seed production activities, evaluating and implementing these formal norms,
  
• Managing R&D activities that include planning and establishing trial fields, observing and screening trials, crossing and selection works, operating harvest works and reporting,
  
• Carrying out works about pricing, freighting and locations regarding purchasing raw materials, 
• Searching alternative purchasing raw materials locations and suppliers, and developing supplier portfolio,
• Following up activities regarding member of unions and associations, and participating these activities,
• Carrying out works in accordance with quality management systems, procedures and instructions.
