Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree,
• Min. 10 years experience in field sales,
• Preferably experience in financial knowledge,
• Interest and experience in technology & digital,
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills,
• Demonstrated track record of leading change and operational excellence,
• Ability to manage timelines and anticipate obstacles.

Job Description:

• Planning and monitoring and reporting of Cooler / Boards / Serpentine / Tower and Marketing Equipment to the sales points in line with the company's growth plans,
• Establishing and managing annual budgets of the equipment,
• Establish operationally effective equipment management structure from a commercial point of view,
• Identifying productivity opportunities in equipment investments,
• Tracking, improving and managing all purchasing, development, maintenance, rotation and scrap processes,
• Controlling the company standards with periodic visits to dealers / distributors / subcontractors / sales points,
• Systematic monitoring of equipment data in the point of sale detail,
• Identifying process improvement and development opportunities, and conducting approval procedures in line with company policies,
• Ensuring the follow-up of the standard business results of the subcontractors and suppliers in the dealer / distributor regions in cooperation with the Purchasing Unit,
• To provide guidance on equipment by working in coordination with Sales Support Managers, Commercial Marketing and Field Team,
• Managing equipment stocks in dealership and distributorship areas and improving the efficient use of the equipment.
