Financial Decision Support Supervisor (Analytics)

• Bachelor degree in Management Sciences / Engineering / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics,
• 6+ years of experience in budgeting and reporting field,
• Advance level of understanding in financial reporting, modelling, investment appraisal and financial accounting  (IFRS/Statutory),
• Advance level of understanding in financial system management,
• Excellent knowledge and active use of MS Office applications,
• Knowledge of SAP is must,
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication and teamwork skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Act as the main financial information reference point for all company,
• Ensure reconciliations between statutory, management and IFRS reporting,
• Develop and maintain necessary tools for all stakeholders to track their financial performance based on variable/fixed, controlled/uncontrolled splits,
• Prepare channel / brand / SKU / package / country / export profitability reports, per RE, Budget and Actuals,
• Develop necessary tools to calculate Budget and RE PLs in different managerial splits,
• Identify methods and improve existing processes to speed up reporting, improve accuracy, and increase flexibility of reporting,
• Develop tools to update quickly MACO of SKUs in channel regions,
• Allocate fixed expenses to relevant splits,
• Deliver data, metrics, and models that will help determine the direction of the business including product, profitability and scenario modeling etc.,
• Refine and analyze data from a variety of sources to derive actionable insights,
• Conduct massive business data mining and analysis to reveal business intelligence; develop appropriate solutions to financial business issues and problems,
• Adopt a systematic and automatic approach to all data analysis and reporting needs by leveraging database and warehouse intelligence tools (SAP FS-PER & BW etc.),
• Participate and actively work with company-wide cross function team for ad-hoc data mining projects and process improvement,
• Support Finance team in driver-based forecasting/planning, special projects and continuous improvement.
