Logistics Planning & Operation Supervisor

Anadolu Efes Türkiye

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably industrial engineer)
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, understanding of the supply chain principles such as trasnportation management, inventory management, production planning and procurement
• Proficiency in SAP, WMS and MS Office applications
• Good understanding of FMCG business requirements
• Logistics operation management experience in FMCG industries
• Strong coordination and communication skills, quality oriented, solution minded, high planning abilitiy
• Strong analytical, decision-making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work on own and to tight timescales,
• Experience in project management is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

• Control the warehouse capacities and inventories according to the sales and production planning
• Preparing high season shipment projections according to budget and planning FTL shipments with sales department
• Management of local FTL shipment companies at high service level and cost optimization and providing maximum utilization of truck park
• Management of FIFO processes in plants
• Management of 3PL activities for different locations and keep under control 3PL logistics activities
• Negotiate with 3PL companies regularly
• Supervising logistics processes as repacking, pallet repair acitivities etc. in plants
