• Bachelor degree in Management Sciences / Engineering / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics,
• 2+ years experience in revenue growth management, pricing, commercial finance fields,
• Excellent analytical skills, including advance experience using Excel,
• Ability to create analysis with conflicting and incomplete data from multiple sources,
• Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills,
• A good team player with the ability to take the lead working with colleagues from different departments,
• A curious & entrepreneurial spirit,
• Although a Revenue Management background would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

İŞ TANIMI

Campaign and Promotions Specialist will be an integral part of the PRGM(Profitable Revenue Growth Management) department. This role will be responsible for supporting to maximizing company revenues through smart campaign and promotions while considering industry facts, targeting to strengthen competitiveness and sustainable performance.

We are looking for a team member who is analytical, creative, and innovative but most importantly can use data to drive to decisions. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an in-depth understanding of the beer market and support to revenue growth and promo strategies to increase revenues profitably through cross functional co-operation with sales, marketing, planning and finance teams.

This role will directly report to Campaign and Promotions Executive within PRGM department.

• Support the growth and development of discounts(promo) optimization capability,
• Communication of the discount strategies and support of the implementation plans development and ensure that these are being effectively executed in all channels/regions/SKUs,
• Assess and report historical discounts performance, aid in the design of new promotions to maximize ROI and improve predictive capabilities for forecasting,
• Consult on the promotional planning process, seeking to drive efficiency and effectiveness,
• Support to set governance principles and tools to ensure discounts compliance with BP targets,
• Look for additional opportunities in a dynamic manner incremental to existing plans.
