QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor degree in Management Sciences/ Engineering/Economics/Statistics/Mathematics,
  • 2+ years experience in revenue growth management, pricing, commercial finance fields,
  • Excellent analytical skills, including advance experience using Excel,
  • Ability to create analysis with conflicting and incomplete data from multiple sources,
  • Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills,
  • A good team player with the ability to take the lead working with colleagues from different departments,
  • A curious & entrepreneurial spirit,
  • Although a Revenue Management background would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.


İŞ TANIMI

Customer Investments(Contracts) Specialist will be an integral part of the PRGM(Profitable Revenue Growth Management) department. This role will be responsible for supporting to maximizing company revenues through strategic customer investment models while considering industry facts, targeting to strengthen competitiveness and sustainable performance.

We are looking for a team member who is analytical, creative, and innovative but most importantly can use data to drive to decisions. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an in-depth understanding of the beer market and support to revenue growth and customer investment strategies to increase revenues profitably through cross functional co-operation with sales, marketing and finance teams.

This role will directly report to Customer Invesments Executive within PRGM department.
  • Creating user-friendly customer investment reports through analysis of big historical data, competitive environment and customer buying,
  • Closely tracking competitor investment actions and report them regularly,
  • Give briefing to develop analytical system tools to track customer investments in a better way,
  • Supporting evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented customer investment strategy,
  • Supporting projects proactively that generates new ways of increasing revenue through discounting,
  • Reporting monthly contracts profitability and unfavourable deviations,
  • Working closely with Sales & Marketing to develop and implement appropriate strategical actions.

More than 2 years of experience
