Quality Assurance Engineer

Anadolu Efes Türkiye

• Bachelor’s degree in Food or Chemical Engineering,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellence in troubleshooting  and analytic skills,
• Ability to work across functions (production, quality, utilities, filling and packaging),
• Basic experience on food safety practices, GMPs is preferable,
• Basic knowledge on ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 22000 Food Safety Systems is required.

İŞ TANIMI

• To implement of relevant procedures within the framework of Quality Standards,
• Cooperation with related departments for improvement,
• To perform quality control activities in accordance with the control plans for raw material, packaging material, semi-finished and end products,
• Periodically making calibration and verification of measuring instruments and analyzers and keeping their records,
• Carry out laboratory operations related to product development,
• To ensure quality sustainability and to report quality data,
• Working in accordance with relevant procedures and instructions within the framework of Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety and Food Safety standards.
