QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree,
  • Min. 4 years professional and managerial experience preferably in FMCG sector (incl. Dealers/Distributors), 
  • Excellent project management skills,
  • Excellent Technical Skills,
  • Futurist & Follows new technology trends 
  • Knowledge about Artificial Intelligence,
  • Attention to details,
  • Analytical thinking skills,
  • Advanced MS Office skills,
  • No travel restriction.

Job Description:

Developing Sales Technologies:

  •  Continuously asses current business processes with sales perspective to define development areas and develop sustainable and efficient sales technologies, 
  • Collaborate with sales team to design the best way of each sales processes o Implement pilot field studies to calculate real time&motion effect and benefits of each development in the field. 

Tools and Process Integration and Stakeholder Management: 

  • Build one-common tool (like “sales force” etc) by integrating different tools and solutions from different vendors,
  • Manage relationships between Business Solutions (IT), Vendors, Sales Team and HQ to create optimum solutions for total company,
  • Perfectly design blueprints efficiently to explain business needs to technical teams and vendors,
  • Manage technical projects related with many stakeholders from different departments at the same time o Ensure project and program management processes and systems are efficient and effective whilst aligned to business needs.

Follow Digital Transformation in FMCG Sector:

  • Investigate present and future tools and technologies in the sector from different vendors locally or internationally,
  • Joining technology conferances to see opportunities with wide perspective o Track Artificial Intelligence developments and implement to sales environment.

Best in Class Reporting & Big Data Management:

  • Design sales focus reports and KPI tracking tools to support field team for sustainable growth o Manage big data and show the opportunities to sales team,
  • Create role and right bases reporting environment for company,
  • Develop and design Business Intelligiance tools like QlikSense, BI, BW etc. 
  • Automate all regular reports and business processes for time saving and regularity.
