QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Anadolu Isuzu’s main field of activity is production and sales of commercial vehicles such as light truck, truck, midibus, bus and pick-up for about 35 years.  Anadolu Isuzu is celebrating its export championship for the 14th time in the midibus segment. Anadolu Isuzu continues to expand its export activity, in 3 continents to 30 countries, in line with its strategies and spread it to new markets.

 

Regional Business Development Specialist role, is perfect for the candidate who is interested in analyzing new markets to expand company’s horizon while interacting with diverse cultures.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Science, Engineering or similar fields;

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar jobs and field experience requested;

  • Excellent command of English, and a very good command of French or Arabic preferably;

  • Proficient in MS Office Products;

  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills;

  • Effective team player;

  • Easily adaptable to technological changes;

  • Ability in analytical and creative thinking and strong problem solver;

  • Success and result oriented;

  • Willing & able to travel frequently to the related regions and countries;

  • Adaptable to flexible working hours and to a dynamic working environment;

  • Valid driving license.

 

 



İŞ TANIMI

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international accounts, countries and expand sales bases internationally;

  • Track and guide distributors to achieve value and penetration targets as per the business plan;

  • Fully responsible for the strategic planning and financials of each country in the region;

  • Evaluate and support responsible distributor networks and maintain, develop and grow existing key account business with distributors;

  • Prepare country based sales and budget reports and forecasting sale;

  • Recognize client needs, and coming up with solutions accordingly;

  • Follow-up regulations in export countries;

  • Manage the export duties of the organization and ensure the products meet the standards of all the destination countries.

Preferred Candidate

Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
