 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Posting of Import and Export documents into ERP
• Expense Report and Vendor Invoice entries
• Fix Asset Recording and Budget Follow Up
• Preparation of Monthly Vat and W/h Tax Declarations
• Preparation of month-end close journal entries, posting the journals into the ERP
• Controlling transactions of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accounts.
• Pulling the month-end reports from ERP system, and providing monthly results
• Working closely with Opex and Non-Opex departments, operation, marketing, sales, legal, billing to review and to check monthly intercompany charges to ensure the accuracy
• Create and provide Ad-hoc reporting, as needed from local management, or Region/Corporate
• Responsible for month end activities, Electronic Book and Invoice Recordings
• Following Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Tüik Reportings
• BA/BS Reportings

 QUALIFICATIONS

• BS Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience on accounting and reporting
• CPA Certification is an asset
• Must have good level of English 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and collaborative relationships.
• Innovative, proactive and problem-solving attitude,
• Self-motivated, takes ownership and initiative, follows-up on own responsibilities,
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications (Particular in Excel)
• Residence of Istanbul-Asian side
