We offer services to the Pharmaceutical Industry in Turkey and 28 countries with a wide product portfolio. As a partner of a global company in Turkey, we are currently investing in a new laboratory at our HQ which will be designed for coating formulations, development and evaluation for the specific needs of our customers. For this new development, we are looking for teammates in the field of pharmaceutical and food supplements who have significant knowledge and skills in coating formulation, development, evaluation, market knowledge in the paint and coating industry, who can provide various sales services to our existing and new customers. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

• A degree in a Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related field 

• Relevant working experience of minimum 3 years in Paints & Coatings industries 

 • Background from a multinational company or a reputed Distributor trading with Coating Materials 

• Techno-commercial skills with efficient communication skills in Turkish and English 

 • Teamwork, time management, problem solving, presentation and communication skills 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS 

• Promote the sales and marketing activities to manufacturers in the Pharma industry 

• Analyze the market, identifying new business opportunities 

• Increase sales activities through identifying potential customers 

• Monitor the existing customers 

• Build good, long-term partnerships, providing technical advice to customers, as well as negotiate and close contracts 

• Provide fully technical support to the customers
