Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Currently we are looking for a “Senior HR Business Partner” to join our growing team.

What you need is…

• University degree, MBA with HR focus or Master of Human Resources preferred
• 4+ years’ work experience in human resources, in-depth recruitment experience
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Good understanding of the business operating models, processes and the key business context
• Highly organized with a sense of prioritization
• People development and motivation skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Completed military service (for male candidates)

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for;

• Manage core HR processes (recruitment, recognition & reward, training & development, organizational effectiveness, change management, performance management) through the local and global systems and processes
• Actively communicate with employees to understand their organizational & physical needs and provide HR consultation on employee relationsto enhance team performance, culture and diversity by HR Analytics
• Take active responsibility in related new HR projects, development areas and follow up
• Ensure excellent alignment and execution of established HR policies, procedures and global and local HR initiatives
• Assist the HR Director to drive the change and support the growth the organization is willing to achieve
• Identify training & development needs with a view to enhance productivity, building internal capabilities & quality, develop advanced instruments to measure training results (ROI)
• Drive the Employee Satisfaction Survey, Performance Development Reviews and follow up on related action plans
