Anatolia is a leading industry player in the field of ceramic, tile and natural stone products, which was founded in Canada, 1995. Anatolia is leading brand and supplier to some of the largest distributors and national DIY chains throughout the United States and Canada. Headquartered in Toronto; continues to grow globally with a corporate perspective based on passion, dedication and excellence.


Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre. This facility serves the North American, European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Anatolia won the title of "Best Supplier Partner" of 2021 in the United States. Anatolia aims to break new ground in Turkey and in the world with its up-to-date technology production facility, which will start production in 2022, with a closed area of 200,000 m².


Anatolia; is looking for Accounting & Finance Manager teammate who can contribute to the company's values and provide quality service to our internal and external stakeholders. What you need is...

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics or equivalent,
  • CPA/CA qualified,
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience (including at least 4 years managing a team),
  • Proficient in accounting, tax, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and cash management
  • Accounting experience of international business activities
  • SAP knowledge is an asset, especially SD, FI, MM and CO modules
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong in analysis
  • Advanced team management, effective communication
  • Possessing new generation leadership skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken business English to manage active meetings with abroad),
  • Living or relocating to İzmir.


As a Accounting & Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • All of the financial activities of the organization in accordance with the legal regulations and group reporting system; reporting to the Turkey Finance Director, senior management and legal authorities and ensuring and overseeing the execution of the process
  • Responsible for the management and development of the finance team
  • Structuring and operating a company-wide finance function; designing, developing and implementing related policies, procedures and SAP systems for our new factory,
  • Establishes and implements the operational process work-flow,
  • Being responsible for general ledger operations (month closing, tax declaration , invoice transactions),
  • Controlling VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, Provisional Corporate Tax and Form BA, BS declarations,
  • Creating budgeting processes and establishing a strict tracking system for budget targets,
  • To ensure that the income and expense records of the company are kept in accordance with the law,
  • Preparing the company's financial reporting in accordance with local and international legislation,
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flow and money policy
  • Follow up closely working capital performance of the Company and keep it up to date,
  • Playing an active role for the healthy execution of all financial audit processes.
  • Managing all relationships with the consultants, banks and other financial and tax institutions.
