Anatolia Tile + Stone is a leading importer and distributor of ceramic and stone tile and is a major supplier to some of the largest distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Based in Toronto, Anatolia Tile & Stone is a privately owned 100% Canadian corporation that is growing rapidly.

Anatolia Tile + Stone is now seeking a Human Resources Specialist. With this role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders. What you need is…

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering etc.),
• 3+ years' experience in human resources, especially end-to-end recruitment processes (IT recruitment experience is a plus),
• Sound knowledge and experience in onboarding, employee journey projects, organizational learning and development activities,
• Good command of English (both written and spoken),
• Excellent knowledge and experience in applicant tracking portals,
• Highly organized with a sense of prioritization,
• People development and motivation skills,
• Strong communication and collaboration skills,
• Completed military service (for male candidates).

As a HR Specialist, you will be responsible for;

• Preparing job ads, creating talent pipelines through Kariyer.net and LinkedIn, conducting phone screenings, creating and reporting short lists, updating interview logs, giving feedback to candidates, reference checking, sending job offers etc.,
• Supporting core HR processes (recognition & reward, training & development, performance management) through the local and global systems and processes,
• Actively communicating with employees to understand their organizational & physical needs and provide HR consultation on employee relations to enhance team performance, culture and diversity,
• Taking active responsibility in related new HR projects and development areas,
• Assisting the HR Team to drive the change and support the growth the organization is willing to achieve,
• Supporting talent management initiatives such as following up the Employee Satisfaction Survey and Performance Evaluation processes.
