Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre. This facility serves the North American, European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Anatolia won the title of "Best Supplier Partner" of 2021 in the United States. Anatolia aims to break new ground in Turkey and in the world with its up-to-date technology production facility, which will start production in 2022, with a closed area of 200,000 m².

What you need is... 

·         Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical Engineering,

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business development etc.,

·         Technical knowledge of project management methodologies,

·         Experience in autocad,

·         Very good command of both written and spoken English,

·         Willing to work in a fast-paced and growing organization,

·         Effective communication, coordination skills and result oriented approach

·         Problem solving, negotiation, analysis and explication skills,

·         No travel obligation,

·         Military service completed for male candidates.

As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for;

·         Taking part in project coordination and to carry out projects with internal units and third parties,

·         Participating in project meetings and being effective in decision making,

·         Managing project objectives and risks,

·         Following the project budget,

·         Presenting project status reports to senior management,

·         Ensuring that all projects comply with institutional standards.
