Anatolia Tile + Stone is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. With this role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders. What you need is…

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related discipline,
• A minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in RDBMS development such as MS SQL Server,
• Experience with SAP is required, ideally with experience from within a warehousing and distribution  environment,
• Demonstrated experience and ability working with complex information as related to analysis, problem solving, and reasoning to provide substantial opportunity for planning and intellectual challenge
• Proven programming skills with VB, C, C++, web development, SQL, Tableau
• In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, data processing practices and procedures,
• Experience of Business Objects is necessary,
• Must be adaptive to technical change and be able and willing to acquire new skills to support new business application,
• Excellent communication skills and proven analytical skills and organization skill required,
• Understanding of project management an asset,
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines while working with minimal supervision,
• In-depth Support in Microsoft EXCEL, Access for End Business users. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes user reporting requirements and, based on findings, designs functional specifications for BI front-end applications
• Develops custom analytics solutions, including statistical models, decision trees, segmentation solutions, attributes and analytical reports for various industries and business objectives
• Ensures data quality via proactively identifying data integrity issues and/or taking appropriate actions to ensure data accuracy
• Participates in projects relating to the implementation and use of SAP S/4HANA, Business Objectives, SAP BW, Microsoft BI software tools and systems
• Develops dashboards and reports as per business requests using business requests using business objects
• Provides data analysis and statistics support for business users according to business requirement
• Creates and maintain business Dashboards, ad-hoc reporting and KPI;s
• Supports Data Governance activities
