       Job Summary

·      Actively participates in building the strategy and implementation of our new 

         e- business project

·      Overall ownership for revenue and profitability targets for Webshop

·      Managing all web management 3rd parties and service providers

·      Tracks and reports all Webshop KPI’s (reach, penetration, basket size, frequency) and         feeds the plans accordingly

·      Manage and optimize e-commerce operations partnering with Sales, Logistics,                     Accounting and Category management teams to maximize customer satisfaction

·      Make market research and analyze by following the market, our competitors, their               products, campaigns.

·      Keep current with the latest eCommerce trends and technology to drive innovation to         stay ahead of competition and inspire the whole team with this knowhow regularly.

·      Actively participates in testing and the training of the new developments

       Requirements

·      University degree in related fields

·      Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce

·      Experience in project and process management

·      Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

·      Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility

·      Strong proficiency in MS Office applications

·      Good command of English

·      Knowledge of SEO and Adwords

·      Negotiation skills and ability to assert oneself
