QUALIFICATION

• Being a graduated engineer,
  
• Having minimum 3 years of job experience on OHSAS 18001,
• Having valid minimum C class HSE specialist certificate (from ÇASGEM),
• Having an experience on national and international regulations and site appliances on OHSAS,
• Having good command on English (Fluent on speaking),
• Having an experience on ISO 14001 is a plus,
• Having good communication, leadership and management skills,
• Active team player, Self-motivated and hard-worker,
• Ability to work on site extensively is a must, and traveling between sites may needed,
• Driving license (B) and being an active driver, no obstacle for frequent traveling,
• Male candidates should have completed military service,
• Being able to use MS Office programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the company’s HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) policy is followed as required,
• Maintaining company’s compliance to all legal rules, 
• Establishing healthy and safe working environments,
• Preparing and executing annual training sessions regarding with HSE matters as per needs of Andritz Hydro employees,
• Supporting the Site Manager to ensure that the HSE management is implemented and that the HSE instructions are implemented,
• Assistance in identification of risks and definition of control measures,
• Implementation of the risk assessment measures at site workplaces,
• Identification of health, safety, and environmental deficiencies and ensuring the implementation of corrective measures,
• Preparation and updating of safety instructions,
• Assistance in the implementation and update of the health, safety, and environmental plan,
• Carrying out and recording of regular safety checks and safety inspections,
• Recording and investigation of accidents and incidents
• Co-ordination of health, safety, and environmental aspects of site activities
• Execution of induction training and site specific health, safety, and environmental training,
• To coordinate and ensure that all Compact Hydro sites’ HSE activities are carried out as per National and Andritz Hydro Regulations,
• Reporting to Quality Manager regarding with HSE issues regularly.
• Willing to work in Artvin Yusufeli site for a one year period
