PROCUREMENT MANAGER

We are looking for  Procurement Manager for our organization based at  Anel’s Headquarter in İstanbul.

Key Accountabilities;

• Management and operation of the procurement processes with proper and efficient use of resources  and by optimizing purchasing conditions
• To determine of supplier selection criteria and methodologies
• Have experience to determine of  man power- subcontractor selection criteria and methodologies and supply man power subcontractors, especially in new countries
• Literacy and open-mind to digitalization projects in logistics
• To analyze supplier offers and interpret the most appropriate purchasing goal
• To identify and put into effect the measures by analyzing the necessary risks and opportunities for reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Negotiating with  suppliers and subcontractors
• Generating,   following up and updating of the  procurement  and delivery schedule.
• To ensure that the follow-up orders can easily be tracked in the database
• To provide logistics coordination for shipping, customs, insurance operations
• To have the knowledge of electrical and mechanical materials and have suppliers portfolio
• To have experience management of warehouse and inventory

• Candidates will report directly to executive board, and must be ready to involve  decision making on business objective

You must have;

• Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in Procurement. (at least 3 years experience in management)
• Experience in MEP firm in Construction industry
• Experience on using ERP system
• Fluency in English . Speaking any other European Language is preferable.
