We are seeking a Foreign Trade and Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Purchasing sector. This role involves managing and optimizing the procurement processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. • Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Manage and oversee the entire purchasing process, from supplier sourcing to order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms.
• Coordinate logistics and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate trade documentation and records.
• Utilize ERP systems and Excel for efficient process tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the purchasing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on purchasing strategies.
• Continuously monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
• Fluent English, Customs & Logistics, Incoterms, Supplier Sourcing, ERP & Excel, Trade Documentation, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Process Tracking, Coordination.
