Aon is looking for an Associate Director / Marine

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Reinsurance Solutions department in Istanbul.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• Minimum 6 years of Marine Insurance experience
• Ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Hardworking, accurate, result oriented professional
• No travel disability

Job Description

• Execution of sales and marketing activities of the Marine Insurance products
• Taking an active role in business development and sales acquisitions
• Visiting potential customers
• Ensuring coordination of business processes within Aon sources
