As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Reinsurance Solutions department in Istanbul.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  
• Minimum 4 years of Non-Life Insurance experience
  
• Ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations
  
• Consistently seeks opportunities to make improvements in terms of coverage or service
  
• Independent, analytical and pro-active
  
• Understanding of dynamic and global office structure
  
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral
  
• For male candidates, military service must be completed
  

Job Description

• Managing the placement process of engineering, property and casualty lines with local and/or global insurance and/or reinsurance markets
  
• Maintaining the coordination in between internal Aon Units, together with the global Aon offices involved in the placement process
  
• Analysing and following market trends, including the pricing strategies and product ranges of carriers
