 Aon is looking for an Account Executive 

As part of an industry-leading team, with your ambitious personality you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions in our Commercial Risk Solutions department in Istanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of Non-Life Insurance experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral 
  • Ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations  
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications 
  • Hardworking, accurate, result oriented professional 
  • No travel disability 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Implementing and managing commercial risk programs for corporate clients; dealing with all resulting issues including advice, claims administration and operations monitoring
  • Maintaining the coordination in between Clients and internal Aon Units, together with the Insurance Companies
  • Execution of sales and marketing activities of the Commercial Risk Solutions products
  • Creating business opportunities, acquiring a portfolio of clients and managing relations
  • Taking an active role in business development and sales acquisitions
  • Ensuring coordination of business processes with Insurance Companies
