Work will be in our Head-Quarters in Atasehir / İstanbul

Job Description:


We are looking for Sales Manager to manage our general sales operations of our real estate investment products in Turkey and overseas.

Qualifications & Position Requirements


  • 8 years proven outbound sales experience, with excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Should have at least 3 years of management experience,
  • Sales experiences in real estate,
  • Team player with leadership skills; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd party agencies, cross functional teams,
  • Working experience in middle east region,
  • Analytical thinker, result oriented, high achiever, good team player, high sense of responsibility,
  • Effective cross-functional & communication skills,
  • Comprehensive problem solving skills,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  • Must have excellent command over written and spoken English (Office language is English),
  • Advanced MS Office skills,
  • Has effective reporting skills.


Your Challenge

  • Increase your team sales performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
  • Collaborate with your sales team and marketing department to sell investment products,
  • Improve knowledge about investment products – become API Group’s brand ambassador,
  • Manage your team sales pipeline in line with company’s goals,
  • Conduct team leads to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking,
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns,
  • Conduct andNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections,
  • Monitor market dynamics in your area and take proactive steps to stay competitive,
  • Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed,
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
