Jr. Product Manager

We are looking for Jr. Product Manager for our Company which operates in Food Industry. The position will be placed in HQ in Ataşehir. 

Job Description

As a Jr. Product Manager working for API Group, you will have the overall responsibility to create and launch the company’s new food product brands. 

 You’ll be developing, implementing and overseeing specific production, sales and distribution strategies for the company food products including Walnuts, Almonds, Olives, Olive Oil, Lavender Honey and Meats.

Job duties and responsibilities

Reportes directly to the Brand Manager

Detailed analysis and research of the market for each of our food products including (Walnuts, Almonds, Olives, Olive Oil, Honey, Meats) in target markets

Developing product strategies for each of the product lines

Acting as a bridge between the suppliers and corporate functions to ensure smooth operations in terms of production, purchasing, packaging, logistics and stocks including monitoring governmental processes.

Working closely with the Operations team to ensure all the processes ( filling, labelling, stocking and distributing) works perfectly.

Working closely with the Marketing team to set up right production/marketing activities around the products/brands.

Developing production,sales and distribution plans & budgets

Overseeing all production for our products from packaging design, sizes and through to distributor and retailer promotions

Recruit and build the product team as needed.

Job requirements and qualifications

• Experience in sales & production of food products or an FMCG company
• Experience in a similar role dealing with food retailers and distributors
• Min 3+ years of experience in the related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to quickly learn and manage multiple priorities and projects
• Fluency in English
• Advanced skills in MS Office Programs
• Great team player
• Positive, agile & resilient
