Budget & Financial Controlling Specialist

We are looking for a Budget & Financial Controlling Specialist for our head office in İstanbul. The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

• University graduate from Business Administration, Economy or Finance,
• Preferably 4 - 5 years of experience, as budget finance specialist, controlling specialist, or similar in corporate finance, corporate controlling, consulting or auditing, if possible with an international company,
• Very good commercial and financial awareness,
• Excellent MS Office applications knowledge,
• Very good knowledge of IFRS,
• Analytical thinking,
• Strong communication skills,
• Flexible and willing to work in international teams,
• No obstacle for travel,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Germany is preferred,
• Preferably no military service obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Analysis of financials and key business drivers,
• Project (portfolio) controlling,
• Internal reporting for budget controlling, financial analysis, company’s finances and cash flow and cost controlling according to IFRS accurately,
• Budget making, budget monitoring and budget setting up assistance,
• Work with external auditors and assist in the year - end audit,
• Development and implementation of controlling and reporting systems and templates,
• Auditing and overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues,
• Provide a thoughtful, risk-based corporate and risk management perspective and help oversee all parts of the internal audit program including, but not limited to, risk assessment, audit plan development, audit plan execution, continuous monitoring, and project reviews.
