Duties and Responsibilities:
• Talent Management: Supporting Progression and Succession planning, Talent Management Reviews and Assessments for EDS Europe, report talent metrics, support of regional leaders regarding development activities and career planning, e.g. creating development plans for talents
• Performance Management: controlling and reporting of My Core data, communicate and train the HR team and key senior business partners about the changes in the tool or in the process, monitor the calibration of final results
• Training and Development: ensures that the onboarding process is properly followed in the region, plans and organizes training and management development programs to support the organization's initiatives
• Coordinate corporate social responsibilities ( CSR) for the European plants according to our standards & schedule
• Coordinate the Employee Engagement actions for the European plants and follow-up results.
• Coordinate Social Audits for the European plants according to our standards and follow-up results and actions
• Deliver internal training programs for leaders or HR Community
Reporting: Directly to HR Director Europe, functionally to Head of Talent Development & Organizational Development
Basic Requirements:
• University degree of Business Administration with focus on HR, Psychology, Social Science or similar education
• Broad professional experience (~ 4years) in HR Development (Leadership development, trainings, diagnostics, Talent Management)
• Ability to influence, lead and drive execution into the region through close partnership with the
broader HR function and key senior business partners.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication.
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel as needed
