Roles:

•  Coordinate Engineering Changes and ensure all requested quotations sent on time.
• Responsible for the interface between engineering, manufacturing and service to ensure appropriate changes are documented.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of engineering changes and checking implementation time .
• Recognize and advise on scope of change requests (scope control, new or update change). (Provide Gant Chart according to PDP)
• Be involved in highlighting improvements (VAVE, Buy Aptiv Parts…)  delivered from change management  on operational level
• Manage providing quotations on time via working with cross sectional teams.
• Reports on schedule and issues at weekly Project team and Functional team meetings
• Monitor and control the implementation of approved changes
• Ensure feasibilities of requested changes were shared with whole team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (University degree in electrical, mechanical or automotive engineering, or equivalent experience)
• Understanding of 3D/2D Cad drawings.
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
• Able to co-ordinate/plan/manage Project delivery
• A  minimum of 3 years experience in Engineering Document Control or a similar role in manufacturing operations or engineering
• Strong attention to detail able to review the input of others and perform effective self-review
• Demonstrated ability to lead high performing, multifunctional teams to achieve project objectives
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships across all functions and business units.
• Written communication skills, oral and listening skill, presentation skills and the ability to work well with a variety of customer, supplier and internal team members
