From a single office in London in the mid-1980s to an international operation with hundreds of staff in 11 offices, 3 production units and a client list which reads like a who’s who of the global fashion market – Apxpress is a leading company, providing all trims and accessories since 1980 and active in Turkey since 2007.We are seeking for an Account Represantative for our Turkey office located in Güneşli: 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Handling the customer service and product development activities for the brands she/he is responsible for 
• Completing the product development and ensuring that sample requests are sent out in perfect condition
• Proceeding the sales orders for the brands she/he is responsible for
• Organizing the order shipments to be sent out to customers in Apxpress standards.
• Creating manuals, sample packs and catalogues when required.
• Identifying feasible and cost-effective methods for product development.
• Keeping records (soft & hard copy) and providing consistent availability of samples/proofs/formats.
• Following-up physical and chemical test requirements of the brands, conducting necessary testing and keep record of the related test reports
•  Ensuring that the quality and deadline requirements set by the customers are meet
• Arranging the pick-ups and taking care of the shipping documents for both domestic and export customers.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or related fields
• Preferably 2 years experience, within a similar industry Textile Accessories (metal trims, leather/jacron patches, woven labels, tags etc.) 
• Good IT skills, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Excel
•  Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
•  Efficient skills in prioritising and working with tight deadlines.
•  Remain calm under pressure.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish and English (other languages are asset). 
•  Flexible working approach.
