QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Gümüş Su, is a well-known and pioneer brand in water business since 1985. With its quality spring, high-tech production facilities and strong corporate culture, Gümüş Su provides products to any part of the country manufactured in its production plant located in Bursa, Mustafakemalpaşa. We are excited to expand our young and competent team and looking for new colleagues. We are searching for an International Marketing Executive who will be responsible for expanding our international distribution channels. We expect you to have experience in water industry, preferably in international dealer network management for this exciting role. We also expect you to have excellent command of verbal and written English. You can find the minimum requirements we expect from an ideal candidate to meet below: ·   

-          Having a ready portfolio from international beverage customers is amust.

-          Bachelor degree.

-           Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage business, preferably in international marketing and sales.

-           Excellent command of English.

-           Good command of a second foreign language, preferably Arabic.

-           Have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive on creating, and inspiring others.

-           Proven track record of international dealer network development.

-            With an analytical mind set.

-          Agile and able to pivot in a fast paced ever changing environment.

-          Results oriented.

-           Good command of digital communication tools.

-           Excellent communication skills in both face-to-face and online communication

Role Description:

As the International Marketing Executive of Gümüş, you will develop strategies, drive the roadmap to realize them and follow-up the strategy implementation process from end-to end for expanding water business in targeted export markets. You will be expected to hit export sales targets of Gümüş in short term, while improving the brand, evaluating and expanding the current sales network in the medium and long run. You will find the opportunity to work in an international corporate governance setup in Gümüş and you will have support and mentoring from the senior management in the company. As we believe in results-based performance, we do not expect our new International Marketing Executive to work full time in our head office in Bursa.
