  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creating campaigns and managing Google Ads / Facebook Ads and other performance marketing channels (RTB, Criteo exc),
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics is a must,
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting from Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Search Console,
  • Experience with digital tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Hotjar,
  • Advance command of verbal and written English,
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Strong MS Excel skills,
  • Must be willing to learn,
  • High attention to detail,
  • Results driven,
  • Highly proactive work ethic.

 

Job Description
  • Daily tracking, analysis, reporting and optimization suggestions of Google Ads and RTB digital advertising strategies and campaigns managed by agencies,
  • Managing Facebook Ads campaigns (Setting up Facebook Ads campaigns, daily tracking, optimization and weekly reporting),
  • Finding new solutions to increase advertising conversions and share with management team regularly,
  • Reporting marketing KPIs (leads, conversions, conversion rates, website and mobile app traffic, e-mailing and push conversions),
  • Improving conversions by a / b testing of Facebook, Google Ads and the in-site banners and analyzing the results.
