The "Business Analyst” will work in Information Technologies department to be responsible for analyzing and translating business requirements to system/software specification for IT projects/programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related fields,
• 3+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst,
• Knowledgeable about SDLC, Agile & Waterfall Methodologies,
• SQL experience is preferred,
• Good at UI design, and keen on UX,
• Eager to learn, communicate and solve problems and open for improvement,
• A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Being a proactive and self-disciplined person
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset

Job Description:

• Consult and support related departments in requirements analysis and specification
• Responsible for the delivery of all IT Solutions and Services to Business,
• Coordination of business units with functional consultants and other technical teams to implement the design
• Analyse existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement
• Design IT solutions to respond to changes in existing or new systems,
• Ensure high-quality business analysis documentation of the implementation and projects
• Contributing to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are satisfied,
• Prepare test scenarios and perform functional tests to confirm solution design before hand over for the business test
• Coordinating user acceptance tests
• Change and Budget Management for the relevant business unit or external suppliers
• ll as system components of SAP ERP
• Risk management and transport management in the scope of new implementations or changes
• Plan and realize system enhancements and projects in a complicated system environment
• Coordination with internal and external support teams respecting the external worker policy
• Enable Business value and align IT to business objectives.
