We are currently seeking a Foreign Hotel Reservation and Organization Specialist to join the Hotel Accommodation and Sales Department at the Etiler central office of our group company, Arbeta Tourism.

Job Description

• Performing overseas hotel accommodation and reservation processes.

• Managing quotation processes.

• Handling car rental and transfer reservations, monitoring, and sales.

• Assisting in completing organization processes in collaboration with the operations team.

• Coordinating with the Accounting department for payment processes during and after sales.

• Providing information to the unit manager about tasks performed and executing necessary approval processes.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong organizational skills.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in foreign hotel sales and the organization department.

• Proficient in English.

• Advanced use of office programs.

• Preferably a graduate of Tourism and Hotel Management departments of universities.

• Holder of a B-class driving license and capable of active vehicle operation.

• Completed military service for male candidates.
