QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Labor Economics or Industrial Relations,
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in personnel affairs,
- Having experience in Labor Law and Social Security Law,
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Competence in coordination and organization issues,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communications always our priority.
The position is located in Sütlüce.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Associate-Personnel Management who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate.
- Registration and follow-up of personal information,
- Carrying out payroll and benefits processes,
- Following the visa and annual leave processes,
- Performing legal procedures in processes such as recruitment and termination,
- Document management and archiving procedures,
- E-declaration, realization of İşkur transactions.
