QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar engineering fields,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, (Excel is a must)
- Knowledge of Project Management is preferable (PMI, 6 Sigma or similar),
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer- Logistics Engineer who will join our team at Supply Chain Directorate.
- Taking part in benchmark, return of investment, feasibility, root-cause, MTM, network design and risk analyses,
- Taking part in global subsidiary’s warehousing and distribution contract logistics projects,
- Analyzing business and data for international projects,
- Taking part in preparing annual and long-term investment and expense budget plans,
- Taking a role in Engineering studies (Network design, center of gravity analyses, system simulations etc.),
- Supporting quality systems and improving them,
- Reporting key performance indicators and identifying areas of improvement,
- Researching and analyzing international trade and identifying potential advantages,
- Participating in Supply Chain matrix projects,
- Identifying new technologies and solutions through attending conferences, fairs, seminars, and research.
