GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering Departments,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial audit, structuring, financial modeling and/or financial due diligence in M&A or other investment projects,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Sütlüce.
Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist – Financial Projects who will work for Enterprise Risk Management Directorate.
- Conducting country, industry and company analysis,
- Preparing detailed financial models for M&A transactions and feasibility projects
- Conducting company and asset valuations,
- Assisting in the coordination of M&A projects and due diligence processes,
- Managing projects new company formation processes
- Drafting of presentations and reports for the top management,
- Researching various subjects such as markets, products, technologies, regulations.
