QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Being able to conduct guidance and counseling to departments,
- Competence in coordination and organization issues,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Sütlüce HQ.
Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist - HR Business Partner (HQ) who will work for Human Resources Directorate.
- Establishing business partnerships on behalf of the Human Resources function throughout the company, conducting search & selection and training processes,
- Taking an active role in Human Resources Planning and Performance Management processes,
- Supporting and accomplishing Organizational Development processes and projects,
- Managing development planning and training processes,
- Advising on human resources processes and applications,
- Taking a role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes.
