GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
- Master degree in Mechanical/Physical/Aeronautical engineering (Ph.D degree is a plus),
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related area,
- Having proven track record on design and experiment of components about fluid flow like pumps, valves and fans etc.,
- Having experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics is a plus,
- Having hands on experience on statistical data analysis tools,
- Having knowledge of laboratory equipment, data acquisition systems, testing procedures and evaluation of results,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Çayırova.
Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist- R&D who will work for Central R&D Directorate.
- Designing, evaluationing and adaptationing of water flow systems and technologies as cleaning media for wet appliances
- Designing components for water flow systems in order to achieve desired performance conditions
- Adapting technology and innovation applications for solving customer needs (considering real-life scenarios, IoT applications etc.) in a matrix project environment
- Generating new ideas in order to strengthen intellectual property background
- Investigating and following related cleaning technologies in order to create a Technology Landscape/Roadmap
- Creating collaborations with both national and international universities and research institutes in order to apply related technologies for creating value for end-users
- Planning of new laboratory equipment according to project and research needs ensuring digitalization of test infrastructure
