QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist – R&D ( Structural Analysis ) who will work for Central Research & Development Directorate
- Performing structural analyses for ongoing research and developments projects
- Working on developing new CAE methodologies and approaches
- Being responsible for giving structural suggestions to design teams
- Performing correlation studies between analysis & test results
- Being responsible for transferring know-how and debugging tehnics to unexperienced teammates.
- Having Master Degree in related fields, Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering (preferably having PHD)
- Minimum 6 years experience in industry,
- Having experienced in Finite Element Analysis / Multibody Analysis, preferably having experience with one of the CAE tools,
- Knowlegde of using CAE tools (HyperWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus, ADAMS, MARC, etc.),
- Strong knowlegde of engineering skills, mechanics, machine dynamics and numerical methods,
- General knowledge of computer aided design tools (CAD),
- Result oriented with strong tracking and reporting skills,
- Interested in theoretical research and learning new methodologies,
- No restriction for travelling,
- Exellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
- Good team player, responsible and flexible,
- Military service must be completed (for male candidates),
The Position is located in Çayırova.
Preferred Candidate
5 - 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
