• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, OR Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering departments( Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project and Technology Management,
• Deep knowledge in Technology Management, Portfolio Management, Scenario-based Analyses and Project Prioritization,
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management,
• Having experience in Resource Management,
• Having experience in the usage of project management tools such as Jira Atlassian, MS Project, Sopheon and so on,
• Strong knowledge of Statistics, Usage of optimization tool, and Office programmes,
• General knowledge of Finance and Product Management,
• Thinking broadly about business, proactive and using initiative,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs with challenging targets,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,

Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist – Technology and Project Management who will work in R&D Directorate as a member of the Technology Management and Project Office team. 

·        Leading processes for portfolio optimization, project prioritization and workforce resource management in R&D Project and Portfolio Management,

·        Designing,  redesigning or improving processes, systems and standards for Technology and Project Management with a global approach and in alignment with R&D strategies and targets,

·        Leading and coordinating Technology Roadmap processes, setting the link between Technology Roadmaps and Brand Roadmaps in companywide,  

·        Leading and coordinating Strategic Plan for R&D activities for whole Arçelik R&D ecosystem,

·        Creating the systems to keep R&D up-to-date about Technology Trends, Competitors’ Strategies in different markets,

·        Benchmarking different industries in global and applying best practices on Technology and Project Management processes,

·        Cooperating with the key users in R&D on effective usage of project and portfolio management tools and triggering improvement activities based on their feedbacks,

·        Leading development activities to have lean and agile processes as considering needs of end users.
