QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer,
- Minimum 3 years experience on sheet metal process,
- Knowledge about sheet metal machines and auxiliary equipment,
- Knowledge about sheet metal dies, presses, and production technics. (Manuel, progressive and transfer dies technology information),
- Knowledge about materials, metal sheets, coils or cut plate production, feeders,
- Strong knowledge about metal die part design criteria, cosmetic aspects,
- Knowledge about welding, cutting, polishing and plating techniques,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Eskişehir.
Arçelik Group is looking for a Specialist - Process / Product Engineering Management who will work for Refrigerator Product Directorate.
- Implementation and commissioning of efficiency improvement projects,
- Working on feasibility and cost reduction projects,
- Equipment and metal die purchasing information, communication skills with suppliers, quotation collecting, comparison tables,
- Consolidation of modernizations and new investments in accordance with the planned budget,
- Following new production technologies and apply them to existing technologies.
