QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Electric-Electronics Engineering,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance process,
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM or similar Quality Management Platforms and Supplier Quality Assurance activities,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communicationis always our priority.
The position is located in Çerkezköy.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Quality Assurance who will work for Tumble Dryer Machine Product Directorate.
- Planning workshops aiming to solve incoming materials/components quality problems supplied domestic/foreign suppliers permanently by analyzing preventive actions while reaching root causes investigating the process, realizing supplier audits, reporting periodically performance and implementing capability/SPC tracings,
- Updating control procedures in the mean of current critical points/customer complaints,
- Coordinating the related departments with the feedbacks coming from suppliers, customer complaints, component life tests, flammability/reliability/RoHS/reach concepts.

2 - 3 years of experience
