QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial engineering or Studying a Master’s Degree in related fields,
- Strong knowledge of Statistical tools,
- Knowledge of root cause analysis,
- Having experience in Advanced Big Data Analysis Knowledge and MS Office Applications,
- Having experience in problem solving skills using 8D, fishbone etc methods,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
- Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Eskişehir.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Specialist who will work for Refrigerator & Compressor Product Directorate.
- Supporting the new product execution process from the quality angle,
- Taking an active role in analyzing product failure,
- Following the standards that the workplace has used,
- Supporting quality measurements,
- Leading the quality improvement studies in order of achieve the company quality KPI's,
- Managing process qualty audits throughout the factory and driving quality improvement projects from those audits,
- Leading quality improvement projects with other departments,
- Solving the customer claims immediately with related departments.
