QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Administrative Faculties,
- Preferably 3 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, business development, strategical planning processes
- Having experience on sales improvement and / or profitability improvement projects
- Having experience on transformation, process improvement projects
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
- Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Kadıköy.

- Analyzing the sales and profitability results,
- Taking part in sales and profitability enhancing projects,
- Contributing to the reports and presentations that are prepared for senior management,
- Leading and/or taking an active part in process-improvement projects,
- Evaluating the possible threats and opportunities and offering potential action plans,
- Identifying the benchmark points amongst areas and popularizing efficient practices,
- Taking part in pursuing goals and taking the necessary actions.
