QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Master's Degree is a plus),
  • 10 years of working experience (preferably having led teams),
  • At least 3 years of team management experience,
  • Related certification is a plus (CPA, CFA etc.),
  • IFRS knowledge,
  • Tax background is a plus,
  • Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting,
  • Understanding of Business Law,
  • SAP FI (ML, SD and COPA knowledge is a plus),
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Knowing what empathy really means,

Right hand to the CFO, we are looking for a Tribe Leader for our accounting department, who will assume the responsibilities of an experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management: regulatory (VUK) and financial (IFRS) reporting, alongside with analytical management reporting (such as customer profitability and other relevant business unit specific reports) as well as budgeting and forecasting

 

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate “Accounting & Finance Tribe Leader” join our team at WAT Motor - Accounting & Finance Directorate.
  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports and statements (statutory and IFRS),
  • Coordinating Budget and Strategic Plan,
  • Performing ad hoc analysis and projects as requested,
  • Investment analysis, feasibility studies,
  • Incentive certificate procedures,
  • Controlling payroll calculations,
  • Coordinating and completing quarterly and annual audits,
  • Tax office relations,
  • Fiscal and administrative compliance,
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, principles,
  • Improving systems and procedures.

 

The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.

Preferred Candidate

10 - 15 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
