As a Associate -Global Spare Parts Operations in our Global Customer Care Directorate, you will get hand-on responsibility starting your first day. You will geta chance to fast for ward your career in the field of test and verification.

 

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking Associate -Global Spare Parts Operations who will work for Global Customer Care Directorate.

. Managing spare parts export operations,

. Guiding and supporting on implementation of spare parts operations in new subsidiaries,

. Benchmarking of applications on spare parts in competition and in related industries and İmplementation of good practises,

. Determining projects regarding infrastructure of ordering process of spare parts and implementations on web infrastructure,

. Executive reporting in all the planning based activities,                         

. Creating guidelines regarding global spare parts process,

. Evaluation of customer complaints regarding spare parts process and providing solutions together with related parties,

. Controlling, planning and forecasting activities for spare parts

The position is located in İstanbul,Sütlüce.
