• Being responsible for research and development of embedded power electronics circuits for industrial applications from concept ideation through product launch. Specific activities will include the design, test, and validation of power electronic-based products,
• Improving and maintaining embedded hardware for industrial motor drive and industrial power applications,
• Working actively with SW experts and system specialists to drive appropriate tradeoffs to deliver subsystem level attribute targets,
• Performing computer-based component, circuit, and system simulation to prove out design performance and compliance with product specifications,
• Developing product requirement specifications and validation plans,
• Contributing to the development of control algorithms and participating in the development of embedded software and control hardware,
• Providing technical support for existing products and/or product improvement projects,
• Defining critical-to-quality features of components and products,
• Performing risk and tolerance analysis,
• Reviewing technical and marketing literature associated with products developed,
• Participating actively in a cross-functional product development environment,
• Participating within Agile team through development tollgate process,
• Scouting for new technologies about power electronics circuits, components,
• Creating design guidelines, modules/libraries, and facilitating reuse of knowledge globally,
• Collaborating across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutions.

 The position is located in Çayırova. Remote hybrid working model is  available. How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Computer Engineering. (Master or Ph.D. preferred.),
• Having Embedded software design experience, especially on ARM Cortex M0/M3/M4 and TI C2000 series microcontrollers,
• Having Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded C programming and debugging tools preferably in white goods/automotive/defense electronics industry,
• Being responsible for research and development of embedded software for motor control applications. Specific activities will include the design, test, and validation of power electronic-based products,
• Developing motor control software architecture to ensure fast and efficient execution of motor control projects,
• Ensuring fully functional and robust motor control software prior to integration into platforms by using appropriate tools and test methods,
• Working actively with SW/HW experts to drive appropriate tradeoffs to deliver subsystem-level attribute targets,
• Collaborating across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutions,
• Having knowledge of MISRA- C will be an asset,
• Having knowledge of Matlab, Simulink, and Embedded Coder tools,
• Having experience with embedded control algorithms in our products globally or other power electronics applications,
• Supporting technology roadmaps of the company about motor controls and SW developing,
• Scouting for new technologies about embedded software and motor control,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
