• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs, VBA and SAP,
• Sound knowledge of data analytics, 
• Experience with analytical tools like Knime, Minitab, and QlikSense is a plus.

What awaits you in this role?

 

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Quality Assurance (Field Quality) who will join our team at the Refrigerator Product Directorate.

 

• To build up relation with customer and other produciton facilities to  quality related subjects as such as production, potential issues or complaints,
• To work according common quality requirements and regulations in order to build up quality customer intimacy,
• Creating and implementing metrics/charts for tracking key Field Services activities quality data,
• To improve data analyze and present the report in both Turkish and English,
• Following up and reporting of the overseas warranty expense process

• Analyzing data from service call rate of refrigerator products.

 

The position is located in Eskişehir.
